Human connection isn’t artificial.

After relying on AI chatbots for years for social interaction, Justin moves back to the city he grew up in and decides to go out of his comfort zone and reconnect with some old friends and maybe even make some new ones along the way in an attempt to quit his AI dependency. Disconnect to Reconnect is a 2.5D Life sim game developed and published by students in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. Set in a fictional city in the Philippines where the game follows Justin as he moves back into the city he grew up in and attempts to reconnect with some friends to socialize and get out of his comfort zone to rid himself of his toxic AI dependency that could potentially ruin his life. The game is presented as a visual novel in a 2.5D sidescroller featuring 2D art in a 3D environment.
